1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Wortly (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Wortly grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Wortly Premium Subscription

Subscription Plans

Wortly Premium is available on the following plans:

Monthly — $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
Annual — $34.99 per year, billed yearly.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The exact price applicable to you is shown at the time of purchase.

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial of Wortly Premium. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins at the selected rate unless cancelled before the trial expires.

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in
your Apple ID account settings on your device.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until then. Refunds are subject to Apple’s
refund policy.

Premium Features

Wortly Premium includes: Dashboard Panel 2, asset tags, multi-currency support, financial goals and projections, home screen and lock screen widgets, iCloud sync, and data export (PDF, CSV, JSON). Access to Premium features ends when
your subscription lapses.
